About the event
To insure the forest grows big and strong, we need to tend to it. We will be planting new trees to replace those that did not make it through their first year, mulching, staking, and other care work. You can help by volunteering
- working in the Forest this Saturday or
- donating seedlings or saplings you may have on your own property; contact us below to get more information. Even one tree will help.
If you have gardening tools such as a shovel, garden fork, pruners, work gloves and buckets, bring them after properly identifying them. Don't worry if you don't as we do have supplies on hand.
Parking is free while volunteering.
Bring water, dress for the weather and remember it may be muddy!
