About the event
The Sable Island horses, originally domestic animals, are now the main occupants of Sable Island. They roam freely in the natural environment unimpeded by people. Comfortable in the temperate summers but battered by high winds and ferocious storms in the winter these feral horses are, indeed, a joy to behold.
